That's another fanart of Ness and Mr. Saturn from Earthbound. Coloring this thing is pretty basic. I just used Photoshop and a bunch of brush sizes, and that's it. I'm still a noob when it comes to Photoshop, so I tried to make it look like a traditional pen and paper artwork. Hopefully it looks close enough. XD
